Norfolk Will Help is a new project to support five of Norfolk’s charities Nelson’s Journey, Age UK Norwich, The Benjamin Foundation, Norfolk and Norwich Association for the Blind (NNAB) and Big C.

Norfolk based solicitors and will writers have donated appointments to Norfolk WILL Help meaning you can have your will written for a suggested donation to be split equally between the five charities.

Why

Nelson’s Journey developed Norfolk WILL Help and wished to work with a range of other charities who also support those living in Norfolk. All those who support Norfolk WILL Help either by donating appointments or having their wills written will be improving the lives of people living in the County.

Nelson's Journey developed Norfolk WILL Help and wished to work with a range of other charities who also support those living in Norfolk. All those who support Norfolk WILL Help either by donating appointments or having their wills written will be improving the lives of people living in the County.

Set up in 1994, the charity began delivering rural youth services in North Norfolk and now 19 years later, they have grown to help thousands of local people from different age groups and backgrounds. Today they provide a diverse range of services which are all driven by the needs of people who live and work in our Norfolk and neighbouring counties. Reg. Charity No. 1124936.

Age UK Norwich is dedicated to making later life the best it can be for anyone aged 50+. They are here to listen, support, advise and help you or your family stay independent, active and healthy and they do this through their advice and welfare support services, activity groups and clubs, befriending schemes and dementia day care centre.

The NNAB helps Norfolk's 20,000 people with poor sight remain independent and confident. Sight loss affects all age groups and the Association supports everyone from new born to those over 100 years of age. Last year our community workers made nearly 7,000 separate visits to individuals in their homes and there were over 6,000 visitors to the five equipment centres in Norwich, King's Lynn, Great Yarmouth, Cromer, Watton and our Mobile Centre. Reg. Charity No. 207060.

The charity fund research into cancer treatments and prevention, all taking place at Norwich Research Park. Their drop in support and information centres across Norfolk and Waveney are used by thousands of people every year affected by cancer. Their centres provide valuable information about diagnosis, treatments, side effects and recovery and there are trained staff to provide emotional help, support and complimentary therapies. Reg. Charity No. 281730.

We would love to hear from you if you feel able to support this scheme. There is no expectation of how many appointments solicitors or will writers should offer as we recognise the limitations within organisations of various sizes.
